NEW ZEALAND
IAA - IMMIGRATION ADVISERS AUTHORITY
The new Immigration Advisers Licensing Act came into effect on 5 May 2008 and requires anyone providing New Zealand immigration advice to be licensed (unless exempt). Licensing will be run by the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA).
