Our success rate applies to all known permanent residence visa "lodgement versus refusal" outcomes for those clients that have met all the official application requirements and proceeded to full visa application lodgement stage with the relevant immigration authorities of Australia, New Zealand and Canada during the survey period. Please note that not necessarily all clients proceed to lodgement with the Migration Bureau and we cannot include unknown outcomes, on-going cases, lapsed or cases that are withdrawn..  This success rate only applies to those clients who lodged through our company and does not include self-lodged Budget Visa Service clients.
