Immigration New Zealand (INZ) made a further EOI selection on 20 May 2009.

As advised by INZ, all EOIs with 140 points or more with and without job offers were selected. There were 387 EOIs selected on this basis.

A further 106 EOIs were selected in the next tier of having less than 140 points; those EOIs with a job or job offers claiming between 100-135 points.
