Please be aware that an individual or organisation - using the names British Embassy Travel or British Embassy World Travel or American Embassy World Travels - is sending out e-mails fraudulently claiming to be associated with the Migration Bureau. These e-mails are often signed by “Mr Gordon F Rutherford” or "Mr Richmond T. Roderick" or "Mr Louis H. Bamford". The e-mails are decorated with coloured flags and use the logo of a number of official agencies and businesses, including visa companies, employment agencies and cruise companies. The e-mails usually request that money is paid by Western Union.

The Migration Bureau does not have any dealings or connections with this individual or this organisation. The Migration Bureau will never request payment by Western Union.
Please do not remit any money or bank/credit card details if requested to by the e-mails. UK law enforcement authorities have been advised about these emails and the identities used in them. Please report any such scams to your local police authorities.
Also - any clients in the Philippines should be aware that a company calling itself "Immigration Bureau" is operating scams using the email address immigrationbureau@live.com. This company and this e-mail address are not in any way associated with Migration Bureau.
