If you have any concerns whatsoever at any stage of the immigration process, please feel free to contact our Client Care and Compliance Officer. Please email email@example.com or send a letter to your nearest Migration Bureau office addressed to the Client Care and Compliance Officer. All dealings with compliance must be in writing.
Your concerns will be addressed promptly, (free of charge), with a written explanation and proposed resolution provided.
If necessary, an internal compliance process can be undertaken to investigate your concerns or complaints more fully and to provide a mutually agreeable solution. We believe that there is seldom a situation that cannot be reasonably resolved.
